The KAYA residences will come in three (3) different types and floor plans

The Kaya will be a luxury beachfront holiday destination. This development will comprise Eight, 3 and 4 bedroom Villas each with its own swimming pool and all fully furnished and serviced. An elaborate clubhouse with a gymnasium, restaurant and beach bar will serve as part of the common areas.
