TSG Realty’s latest project is the first built-for-purpose office and lifestyle development in the city. The POD is committed to providing a beautiful, wholesome co-working space for everyone from the solo freelancer to a full satellite office and everyone in between.
The POD is built to stand out. The architecture is inspired by the shape of pods that occur in nature e.g., pea pods and butterfly cocoons. Like these naturally occurring pods, we hope to provide an enriching, safe space from where amazing ideas will emerge.
The building will house 4 full floors of beautifully designed flexible office space optimized for people and productivity, as well as a full floor dedicated to commercial space for carefully curated tenants whose brands support healthy people and healthy workplaces. We factored in three full floors of secure underground parking as well as some ground-level parking for VIPs. Additionally, we are installing bike racks and infrastructure for e-vehicle charging stations! More than enough to cater to the building’s needs.
The Pod is located in the vibrant yet affluent Lavington suburb of Nairobi. Lavington already features great shopping mall options such as Lavington Mall and The Lavington Curve, both, located within a five-minute walk from the Pod. And with the unique coexistence of an established walking track and park at the nearby Jaffrey’s Club as well as the numerous excellent restaurant and entertainment options all within walking distance, The Pod could not be positioned in a more appealing location.
Within the same radius, the area boasts perhaps Nairobi’s premier school district, featuring premier institutions such as St. Mary’s School, Braeburn, Braeside, Nairobi International School (NIS), Strathmore, Loreto Convent Msongari and Jaffrey’s Academy just to name a few. And finally with the dizzying amount of new residential developments coming up in the vicinity, this area promises a steady base of potential clients for what The Pod aims to provide.
